Plugin for multilingual site

    Hi
    Im currently working on three sites that have to be connected as one multilingual site. I use domain for my native language site and two sub domains for English and German versions. I dont need any translation for the sites, I just need plugin that would connect each site of the web sites. Would you recommend me some good free plugin?
