Plugin to just advertising paid themes?

    I have posted a topic about a plugin coupon press under themes section.But I think that is the wrong section for the question related to plugins.So I am posting here with updated information

    The question is that,the plugin is available under plugins repository.We get nothing but the advertising and the showcase of their premium themes.No free themes offered as mentioned by them.There is nothing useful with the plugin other than the list of their themes and testimonials of their customers.

    Does anybody have Idea on the use of such a plugin in repository?
