 * Can anyone inform me what plugn I should use to make html pages.
 * I noticed a blog and the pages are in HTML format. The following is from the 
   page source of U2star
    - [U2: New album in 2009!! ](http://www.u2star.com/blog/u2-news/u2-new-album-in-2009.html)
    - I would really appreciate knowing to make my posts contain the html description
      like the aformentioned.
    - Thanks in advance for any advice you may offer.
