Plugin for Best Before Dates?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows or can make a plugin for the following:

I have a webshop with food and non-food items. For the food, it would be great to be able to insert about three different Best Before dates. There should be an overview where you can see which products are about to expire. Another nice feature would be to receive an email containing the products that are about to expire within 30 days.
Perhaps another feature would be to display the Best Before date on the product page.

For food shops, this function woud be very helpful.
