Plugin for a customized link directory

We require a custom WordPress plugin to be developed. The plugin will act as a link directory. We would like to be able to manage the directory from our WordPress Admin. Some requirements:

· Must be able to accept PayPal payments for link submissions.

· Must be able to create custom fields on the “submit link” form (i.e. phone number).

· Must be able to “approve” / “disapprove” links.

· Must have an email confirmation system in place (confirmation email for the person submitting link and notification email for admin).

· Information needs to be stored properly in our WordPress Database.

· Must be able to create categories and subcategories for link directory.

Important: All links will require payment for our directory, so we do not want the option of “free links” and ”premium links.” However, this may be an option in the future, so if we can turn these off and on, that would be perfect.
