# [Plugin: Flutter] chmod Problem

 * Hi,
    i work in my website in the localhost, and i use the Win OS XP, and XAMPP
   as server…so how can i skip this message cause windows dont chmod folders as 
   in the linux and FTP:
 * > Flutter is not ready yet. The following folders must be writable (usually chmod
   > 777 is neccesary):
   >  * C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\Lycee\wp-content\plugins\fresh-page\cache\
   > *
   > C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\Lycee\wp-content\plugins\fresh-page\modules\

 * tried this possible solution, gave me a “Parameter format not correct” err though…

 * Hi,
    the solution is so simple, thanks to the Flutter Google Group users :
 *     ```
       delete and create manually the two folders : cache and modules.
       and it's php files.
       ```
