  • Which version of wordpress are you on? also, can you link me to your site?

Same here. I tried with IE8 beta, FF and Chrome, but no flShow on the manage page. See my weblog. I’m using WordPress 2.6.2.

I am on wordpress version 2.6.2.
The site with activated plugin can be found on:

Both of you have the plugin installed in a folder called flshow rather than the standard flshow-manager. Can you change the name back and see if that works?

I changed the name back, no difference. then I deleted everything and downloaded the plugin again. Now a correct flshow-manager is created, but still nothing can be seen when going to the wordpress manager.

I see more plugins I have use swfobject.js. Could that be an issue?

That would be an issue for inserting the slideshow into the template. but not for getting the flShow page to show up under Manage. What plugins do you have installed?

    Too many ;P
    I e-mailed them to you

Re-installed the plugin with the new folder name, but no result.

De-activated and removed all other plugins, but still no flshow on the manage page.

Was any solution found to this problem? I have just encountered the same thing.
Does it make a difference what version of WordPress is being used?

    No solution yet

    I have the same problem.
    Technical spec. are:
    – flShow Manager version 1.1.1
    – WordPress version 2.6.5 (Catalan translation)
    – Blog address
    – Browser MsIE 6.0
    – plugin’s location: /wp-content/plugins/flshow/flshow.php
    – Other active plugins:
    —— Akismet
    —— cForms
—— Image Upload HTTP Error Fix
—— WordPress Database Backup (it appears in the “manage” menu, in the same position where I suppose flShow has to appear)

    Any idea?

For the newer versions of WP, look under Tools for the flShow Carousel Management.

Did anybody get this f****** plug in running??? Does not look like.

I am using WordPress version 2.7.1. I installed flshow, and cannot find the management console. I looked under tools, and every other menu option — nothing.
