[Plugin: Flickr Photos] Feature Request: Auto retrieve tags based on post tags

Hello,
I have been having trouble finding a plugin that is still maintained to find flickr images related to my posts. Is it possible to add to this plugin, the option to detect a post’s tags and use them for the searching mechanism?
