    Only workaround I know of right now is to replace the media-upload.php in wp-admin with the same file from WP 3.2. This should work until the next update of WP. I am not sure anyone is ever going to take over this plugin and update it.

    Not broken for real but we cant access the flickr albums through the flickr button in the admin. Temporary solution i found is to use an existing shortcode such as [flickr album=72157628718151557 num=15 size=Square] and copy/paste it in a new post. You then just have to change the album number to the new one you created in flickr (you can get in the url).
