[Plugin: Fix Rss Feeds] Works but messes with xml-rpc

Solved my Feed issue but then casued issues for me using Windows Live Writer to update my Blog. Had to disable each plugin until I realised it was this one casuing the problem. Use and then disable. Fix remains in place.
