Hi, thank you for your comments. I understand you are frustrated with the delays in responses to support tickets. Our workload is currently overwhelmed with providing support, adding new features to the plugin and finalizing the paid extensions. Support is a priority however it does get bumped when we need to give priority to our paying web design clients.
The plugin is currently free however once the extensions are released and we have paying customers, priority of support is greatly increased - especially for those who paid for the extensions.
We have released several updates that fix issues. This next update has been delayed however it is due to a major overhaul we have done to improve stability and thoroughly test all plugin functions.
If you have any other concerns, please feel free to reply to this topic or submit a support ticket. At the time of writing this message, all support tickets have been replied to.
