 * At least on a subsite of multisite:
 * This plugin takes over the Plugins menu, making it inaccessible so that you must
   delete this plugin to access other plugins for activate/deactivate.
 * You have to delete this plugin using FTP in order to regain access to plugins
   menu on subsite.
