 * I can’t seem to locate the instructions to create the “Template: Simple (with

 * I’ve tried all the different gallery settings but could not figure out how to
   implement this.

 * Likely, you have a javascript collision problem. Perhaps your theme is already
   calling js? Try disabling your theme, enabling one of the default WordPress themes,
   and see if that works.
