When I hit start Migration of Media Data to WP, I get the following error:

Table ‘myuser_web.jos_joomgallery_catg’ doesn’t exist Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /hsphere/local/home/myuser/mysite.org/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/joomla-to-wordpress-migrator/joomla2wp-mig.php on line 736 Warning: mysql_free_result(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /hsphere/local/home/myuser/mysite/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/joomla-to-wordpress-migrator/joomla2wp-mig.php on line 744

And none of the image or internal links to documents are working.

    Any suggestions?

    Ok sorry. My fault.

But I did have a question as I did download your plugin as well. In my Joomla site, there were lots of media files (mostly pdf and doc. Does your plugin allow for the links to be updated when the files are moved to wordpress? Can these be moved along with the image files? I’ve manually copied them to the wp-content/uploads file currently directly from the media file area in Joomla.

    Thanks.

The plugin doesn’t do it currently but this is a good idea for a next release, if I have some time.

The media upload is implemented in release 1.2.0.

    Hi,

First of all, congats for the excellent plugin. I used the plugin to import my joomla system and the articles and categories were imported but not the media.

The FAQ says to import from localhost. I simply copied the Joomla images/stories folder to the root folder on WordPress. Maybe it would be clearer if you specified this explicitly in the FAQ.
