I have the same exact problem ...
    I checked folder permissions (777)
and I checked that allow_url_fopen, PDO and PDO_MySQL are all working

If i copy the link wrote in the error log i can actually see the pic ...

    I have Joomla 1.5.22 and wordpress 3.4.1

    Thanks in advantage, great work!

What did you enter in the URL field?
You should enter the root location of your site, in your case: http://www.nottsgreennetwork.com

    Hi
    I had put
    http://www.nottsgreennetwork.com

    changing it to
    http://www.nottsgreennetwork.com
    makes it work - hooray

It might be worth putting a note to that effect somewhere

    Just out of interest,
do you know of a wordpress theme like the JA-Purity one used on
    http://www.nottsgreennetwork.com

I have struggled to find anything like it
most wp themes have their content much more spread out
    thanks

sorry interesting100, i didn't get your solution ... is it adding a slash at the end of your root?

The slash at the end doesn't matter.
What is important is the http:// at the beginning of the URL.
