[Plugin: FeedWordPress] Feed Time Stamp Not Sync

I hope someone can help me understand or maybe teach me some trick on how to fix this:

My site is on server that is located in the US. I use feedwordpress to fetch feeds from a site whose server is in Netherland. I notice that whenever I update my syndicated site, the updated posts show “scheduled” and when I look on the time stamp of these posts, there’s about 4 or 6 hours delay (that’s why wordpress put it into “Scheduled” status).

Is there a way to sync or rather publish post immediately right after I click update?

PS. I already set my feedwordpress setting to “publish immediately” but still has this problem.
