# Plugin Features Lost

 * So i do not have access to activate plugins. I’ve sent a support request which
   did not fix the issue and my second request hasn’t been answered yet. To be fair
   the second request is only an hour old.
 * Under the access controls and capability menu there is no options to “Activate
   Plugins” under any roles. Therefore I do not have the Plugin menu on the main
   WP menus.. Ive tried all the roles I can, ive purchased the plugin manager and
   still cannot install or manage plugins. Im hoping the WP community can help as
   we are doa until i can fix this.
