 * Does anybody know if you can add the plugin page to word press after it was installed?
   My site was up and running before I noticed that it was missing. And everybody
   knows how important plugins are.

 * Do you mean the plugin page in the dashboard (admin area)?

 * Is this a wordpress.com site or a self-hosted WordPress install?

 * This is a word press.org site. Self Hosted.
    And yes the plugin anything area.
   There is not mention of a plugin anywhere in the entire dash board or anywhere
   else. No way to link to one or anything.

 * Is this a multisite network installation? Are you logged in as an admin and looking
   at the dashboard? If so, it should look something like this:
 * [http://codex.wordpress.org/File:dashboard-welcome.png](http://codex.wordpress.org/File:dashboard-welcome.png)
 * If yours doesn’t look like that, you are either not logged into the dashboard,
   or you might not have the admin role for the site.

 * Looks just like my dashboard except that under Appearance the plugin button isn’t
   there.
    I thought maybe I could upload a plugin from the widget area but NOPE!

 * Is this a multisite network installation?
    What role does your account have for
   the site (admin, editor, something else)? Did you do the installation yourself?
