I was sent an email with an anonymous name, email address, and phone number. I would like to know if there is a way to find out the IP address of the sender or any other means of tracking the sender.

The IP address is included in the email message at the bottom. Unless you turned off the setting. “Enable sender information in e-mail footer.”
