[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] no email sent and redirected to home page

    After submitting the form, instead of going to the preset redirect page, I get to the homepage with this URL:
    http:/www.mysite.com#FSCForm1
    and form results are not sent.

    The email testing passed previously, so it’s not an email problem, I suppose.

    If I look at the source code of the form page, it contains these lines at the beginning of the form code:

    <div style=”width:375px;”>
    form action=”http://www.mysite.com#FSCForm1&#8243; id=”fsc_form1″ method=”post”>
    ………

    The site is on a Windows server, but with full PHP support.
    When I installed FSCF, all requirements were OK.

    BTW it’s not a WordPress site.

    Any suggestion?
