[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] limit to register only once

Is there a way to limit the users to register only once?
I have a webpage that gives the new subscriber a discount in the store, but if they register again, they get it again…
Is there a field that automatically checks the database and stops hte user to continue or something like that?
