[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Choose to email multiple departments

Dear Mike,

I have installed the FS Contact Form on a website made for a non-profit organisation, and now they would like the option of the user choosing to email multiple departments at once.

So, not choose one, but choose multiple. And not choose a pre-designer string, but choose which two, or three, recipients they will email the form to.

Is there a way to do this? For example, to turn the dropdown list into a checkbox list? Or, less elegantly, to add another dropdown list (so that the user can at least choose two recipients)?
