[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Change Field Label and Text Font Size

Hi:

I am sorry, as I simply cannot get these fields to a smaller font size:

E-Mail Address: *
Phone (optional)
Please Add Us To Your Newsletter
Subject:
Message: *
CAPTCHA Code: *

The text fields are also very large, which seemingly appears to be ~24pt in size — sorry, I am not a CSS code guy either — could I have changed this somewhere (?) — If so/either way: if there’s a place to change this, please email or send link to the fix — sorry again and thanks in advance (!)
