[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] Can i insert a script in php?

Hi mike.i need to insert a script to fast secure php. first is i follow your instruction on how to post a php on html. after i see the result, i use to see view page source, copy the codes inside the page source,and paste it to other html files and put some script within.and after inserting the script i upload it to the website and test,i display the form but when you submit it,nothings change or nothing is validated to my fields. can you give some information on how to put some script code to work on fast secure plugins?
