I am using the [faq limit="-1"] shortcode on my page to show all FAQ topics. In the settings for the plugin I have chosen "Include jQuery collapse / expand" and "Load default CSS" and the expand and collapse feature is not working. Here is the test page: http://www.mdlaserandbotox.com/faq-test

    Two things:

1.) you are running an outdated version of WordPress.
2.) your theme is missing the wp_footer call. This is required for the scripts to load properly.

Hi, I all of a sudden started to have the same issue. both WP and the plug are fully updated. as far as the wp_footer call, I'm not quite sure what that means, but if you tell me I can look into that. one thing I can say is that I didn't make any changes to the site, it just started doing this out of nowhere after several weeks of perfect operation. that's when I updated both WP and the plugin, but that didn't seem to fix it. also, thank you very much for this plugin, I look forward to getting this resolved because we really enjoy using it.

    the site is:

I'm having a similar issue. I enabled both "Include jQuery collapse / expand" and "Load default CSS" and the expand and collapse feature is not working in Internet Explorer. It works fine in Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Any ideas?

@tricounty @bgsufn It looks like separate issues for the both of you, so I'll take a look.

however, please open a new thread if possible so I can deal with each issue separately.
