 * Hi there,
 * I’ve scoured the internet for the right plans, but how do I get Gravity forms
   to pop up a modal box using Fancybox?
 * It doesn’t even have to be fancybox, I just really need a pop up to occur for
   this Gravity form that I have.
 * I’ve attempted to make a new page template and load it up that way, but it doesn’t
   seem to work.
 * Any suggestions?
