[Plugin: FancyBox for WordPress] Fancybox broken in Autofocus Pro theme

Made some changes to the stylesheet and js.options.php and am now having issues with the built in Fancybox option. I have tried reverting back to the original code for each section and have deactivated/uninstalled any suspected plugins to no avail. I have also tried activating the Fancybox Gallery plugin and deactivating the built in one. The gallery thumbnails link to the image url and the fancybox option is being completely ignored.
