[Plugin: FanBridge signup] Invalid Form Title

    USERID
    <?= get_option(FBSG_FORM_PREFIX . FBSG_SN_USER_ID); ?>
    FORM TITLE
    <?= get_option(FBSG_FORM_PREFIX . FBSG_SN_FORM_TITLE, ‘Join my list’); ?>

    The settings page has the above info pre-populated, when I change it to my account number and title, I get the following:

    Invalid FanBridge User ID
    Invalid form title

    Please advise.

    Hi Shawn,

    You are probably receiving this error because you have not entered the correct account ID. Are you using the number found under your My Account page in your FanBridge account?

    Also, have you tried editing this information from the settings page for the plugin? Please try this method and let me know if you receive an error.

    Correct Account ID was entered. I also opened a ticket with you (FanBridge) directly. Here is that thread. It’s been 3 weeks and no resolution.
