 * Trying to install a Contact From Plugin, get this error:
    _ Destination folder
   already exists. D:\Hosting\5451244\html\wordpress/wp-content/plugins/si-contact-
   form/
 * Plugin Install Failed.
 * This happened with a previous plugin as well.
 * Does this mean this plugin built in already?
