Title: Plugin failed… deleted all order data… Last modified: September 13, 2020 --- # Plugin failed… deleted all order data… * Resolved [tworak](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tworak/) * (@tworak) * [5 years, 8 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-failed-deleted-all-order-data/) * We had 170 000 orders, i ran the nuke to nuke all orders between a date range( 2015 – 2017). it nuked the orders ok for the date range then i discovered it TOTALLY emptied the woocommerce_order_itemmeta and woocommerce_order_items table which Left the remaining 70000 order with no Line items and all order meta data wiped. * This was an epic fail of this plugin… and caused alot of issues lucky i took backups (a couple of hours before) and only have the orders that came in during that time as now out of “sync” * What would cause this? at no time should it empty a DB table and its calls should only ever deal with the orderID associated with the deletion request(s) * While its running you should also make this ajax requests hooked of the heartbeat, rather then one long request that could potentially timeout or chained or whatever you do Viewing 1 replies (of 1 total) * [byronkeet](https://wordpress.org/support/users/byronkeet/) * (@byronkeet) * [5 years, 7 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-failed-deleted-all-order-data/#post-13474750) * Hi [@tworak](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tworak/), * We sincerely apologize for the issue caused by Store Toolkit. Unfortunately, it was not been updated in some time but we have successfully located the bug responsible for wiping the order_item and order_itemmeta tables and fixed this issue which is now part of the latest update. * Thank you for your suggestion on the Heartbeat API.
