[Plugin: Facebook Share (New) Button] Facebook Share Not Showing Up

    Facebook Share button is not showing up. I have used all methods (automatic, before/after, manual) and neither seem to work.

    Steps:
    1. Installed plugin
    2. Set it to automatic
    3. Created test post
    4. Share button does not appear.
