[Plugin: Facebook Page Publish] Display Reorder

    Hi There!

    I find this Plugin excellent, but I have two simple questions, so maybe I can modify the code myself – note I am not a php expert –

    1. It is never showing the post title, it is showing always the Permalink instead, how could I show the title instead?

    2. Can I rearrange the order of what is shown in Facebook? e.g.

    Site Name
    Post Title
    (image if available) Excerpt
    Permalink
    Site Link

    And if so, where in the code can I find that?

    Hi sushimatt,

    it should show the post-title… perhaps you have a redirection in your blog or something preventing Facebook from correctly displaying the title (have a look at this tool: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug).

    You can change the way FB shows your posts by modifying the function fpp_publish_to_facebook (message and link) and function fpp_render_meta_tags (description and image).
