[Plugin: Facebook Page Publish] Custom publish URL

Hi,
Would it be possible to add a custom publish url which the Facebook post links to? I have a photography website and all my photos open up in a Lightbox viewer. I would like to direct the Facebook posts to my homepage with an open lightbox window (this is supported by my theme), and not to the page of the post.
