# [Plugin: Facebook comments] Repeated comments

 * Hello all,
 * I’m quite a beginner on WP, but I’m trying to improve my site.
 * I have Facebook Comments installed and I’m quite happy with it.
 * But I recently decided that I wanted to have 2 possibilities to comment: through
   Facebook AND the default WP comments (that I’d disabled a long time ago).
 * I tried to activate the standard comments and failed in every way. I ended up
   pasting this code <?php comments_template(); ?> in the single.php file.
 * It works… too much. It multiplies the FB comments and adds the standard WP comments.

 * Through my complete newb-ish-ness I gather that, by some how modifying that line
   of code to exclude repeating FB Comments, the problem should be easy to solve,
   right?
