# [Plugin: Facebook comments counter] not counting comments

 * i am trying to figure out why the counter is not showing my facebook comments
   in the number of comments. i have made sure the app secret is enabled and wondered
   if i needed to make any changes to my theme to have the correct comment number
   show.

    What is the problem. Its works fine on my eviroment.
 * Did you tried to install the plugin ‘Facebook Comments for WordPress’ first?
   
   Did you sure you insert your application secret key?

 * Hi,
    I don’t know where to post that but I have a problem with your plugin. I
   deactivated it and now it’s impossible to reactive it… It just crashes my site
   for one or two minutes.
 * I also received a mail from the plugin named “Your current XID” while doing that.
 * It isn’t a conflict, because I deactivated all the plugins.
 * Also, I tried installing and older version of the plugin.
 * Any idea why it’s impossible to reactive it?
