[Plugin: Facebook] after updated to 1.02.. the plugin stopped working

I’ve installed 1.02, but it does not work. It’s a new installation.

The whole wordpress blog becomes unusable, because it’s very, very slow. Waiting for 10 seconds is no exception, if the requested page will show at all.

Any luck this will be fixed soon?

@kletskater Please be explicit about what you’re expecting to happen and what’s actually happening. Without details, we can’t debug this.

Also, include screenshots of what’s going wrong.

@bhosted.nl Do you have any more details on why it’s slow? If you disable the plugin, is your site fast again? Can you install cURL? Also, please open a separate thread for your issue.

I’d like to report similar problems with the Facebook plugin 1.0.2 in WP 3.4.1. We already tried de- and reactivating the app and just hitting the save button, to no avail. Debug info is at the bottom of this post.

We’d been having problems with the plugin in version 1.0.1 as well where an og-url error was displayed (that url was sent twice and was thusly being rejected) when the plugin was supposed to publish to our fan page. This error remains in 1.0.2

After the upgrade to 1.0.2 the plugin disabled the “Publish to fan page” option with no possibility of us re-enabling it. In the respective dropdown there’s only “DISABLED” visible.

If you need more inflo we’ll gladly provide it.

I’m having the following issue: when I first installed the Facebook plugin, everything worked fine, and when I would post to my WordPress blog, it would update on my Facebook. Since updating, even though when I make a post it says “updated to your facebook timeline” it actually doesn’t. If I tag friends, the post does show up on their timelines, but not on my own.

Any suggestions of what I can do to get this fixed?

The plugin was working until yesterday. Now our recent activity box and like buttons have dissappeared. You can see that people have left comments on posts/pages, but you cannot see them anymore. I am running the Global Sports theme. My debug code is below. Please help!!
