First of all, make sure you’re using WordPress in MultiSite mode. Then, make sure you’re in the Network Admin area (assuming you’re using WordPress 3.1 as you indicated when you started the topic). Then, expand the “Settings” menu on the left side. You should see “Extended Super Admin” in the Settings menu.

If you’re not seeing that, please try deleting the plugin and reinstalling it.

“First of all, make sure you’re using WordPress in MultiSite mode.” – What’s that?

Is that a standard part of 3.1?

    Thank you, Ipstenu.

@christopher – as indicated in the plugin’s documentation, this plugin is strictly for use on WordPress MultiSite installations. Since there is no “Super Admin” role in WordPress without MultiSite enabled, there would be no way to modify the Super Admin capabilities in a non-MultiSite environment. This plugin only manages the capabilities of MultiSite “Super Admin” users.

If you are looking for a role management plugin for a non-MultiSite installation of WordPress, you might want to look at something like “User Role Editor” (I have not used that plugin before, so I cannot endorse it). Thank you.
