[Plugin: Exports and Reports] Exported reports always empty

    Hi Scott, nice plugin! But we’ve got a problem, although it makes the reports flawlessly, when we try to export in CVS or XML it always makes an empty file. The plugin always says:

    Error: Your hosting configuration does not allow access to add files to your site.

    And it doesn’t write the files, although the directory is with 777. Any ideas? File too big or somehow?

    Hey Daniel,

    I’m using the WP functions for writing files to the site, try creating a folder in your /wp-content/ folder called ‘exports’ so it would be /wp-content/exports/ – and make that folder 777.

    Then try again and let me know what happens.

    If it still doesn’t work, are you able to use the WP Automatic Upgrade feature or the Install Plugins / Themes feature within WP Admin or do you normally have to upload files?
