I’d like to export each WordPress post as an individual text file, so I can import them to Devonthink Pro, as described here. I know that at least one person has written a book this way. I’d like to be the second. Would you consider adding this as a feature?

I’d rather not. I’d rather keep this plugin focused on exporting many WordPress posts into an organised flat text file that can easily be edited in Excel.

Perhaps there are some other plugins that would help, I haven’t tested this one, but sounds like it is doing something similar: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/export-posts/installation/
