Plugin Expired = Gift Slow Site

    Is this the way it should work or it is an artificial problem?
    After renew site speed is normal and this only happens when i log in, i have renew now because i still have members that will expire next year and i don’t want them to have a bad experience.
    But i’m thinking this is only Admin related and if PRO version expires you receive a gift to remind you that you must renew, shame on you!
    P.s. your addons are the most expensive from all i have buy until today, but i understand to code with problems you must have allot of knowledge.
    I want to let everyone know of your tactics.

    Hi,
    The plugin performance has no relation with the license status. The plugin is not a black box, anyone can look into the source and verify my claim. There are many possible reasons for the poor performance of the site, it is not fair to point to a plugin without precise information. I wish you have shared /reported the issue before posting this review. We would have gladly helped you to sort this issue if it was something on our control. Or at least would have provided you some insight behind this reason.
    Anyway, I am sorry that you had to do through this experience. Please do let us know if you encounter any similar issue in the future. We are more than happy to help to sort any problem related to our plugin because it doesn’t only help our users but also make the plugin better.

    Hello, sorry for late reply.
    Explanation: before i open this topic i have contacted SG support after their troubleshoot they said ‘we disabled Download Manager plugin and site is working fine’ i went and checked what is happening and found out the license has expired, after i have renew for one more year the site speed was back to normal.
    I have the old versions of plugin i might compare them but i m not pro with codes, i assume something remotelly is done when the license has expired, due to no evidence this remains a fairy tale.
    Also after i got a mail from your site forgot what it was, i have reply you with some bad words, then you released a update to the plugin and i m afraid to upgrade who knows what you did to harm me.
    P.s. not related to this plugin i know there are other plugin developers who are damaging my business and search engines do not display my site, there is for sure other people in the same boat i hope you know everyone that the plugin developers can be paid so they will damage with weird codes your business so no one will find your site ever.
    P.p.s. i also know what is Gutenberg plugin without looking in the codes, just stay away from it everyone!!!
