[Plugin: Exec-PHP] Search not finding included php content

I am including contnent in my posts on http://www.hiketrek.com which is coming from the same database where wordpress is installed. Searching the site using either google search or the standard wordpress search does not find the included content despite it being visible in the source code.
Has anyone found a work around for this ?
