[Plugin: Events Manager] Username & Passwords Email not sent – Help?
The software looks great and I’ve found it easy to use and it should be perfect for my needs – seminars/events for a law firm website.
I’m testing the software with a view to buying the PRO version – but so far no luck getting it to work!
However, hope you can help here:
1) The phone number is NOT being captured anywhere.
2) When I create test bookings (I’ve done many now!) I have not once been emailed a username and password – how do I make this work?
The subscriber receives the ‘Pending approval’ email, which I thought might create and provide log-in details but does not.
I can’t for the life of me see any tutorial/documentation on these ‘User Accounts’ – please advise?
I don’t actually need my seminar participants to have a username and password – so ideally a way of disabling the feature would be great?
