# [Plugin: Events Manager] transform regular posts in events

 * I’m setting up a WP site for a friend of mine after she told me posterous is 
   going down the sink at the end of this month.
    I’ve imported all her posts (which
   are actually workshops events) from posterous to WP. And to help her, I’ve installed
   Events Manager for her future workshops.
 * My question is is there a way to convert a normal post into an event?
    My guess
   is that i’d be easier to convert posts to events outside of WP but my knowlegde
   of PHP is limited and I wont be able to figure that out on my own…
