[Plugin: Events Manager] Search City/Town shows towns even with trash-bin-only locations

The [search_form] shows in the city/town dropdown list also towns which have only places that are in the WP trash bin. These shouldn’t be shown – there should be a check whether the city/town includes locations that have the post_status “published”.
