Support » Plugin: Events Manager » [Plugin: Events Manager] Problem with single location site

  • Hello there, I’m nearly despairing of my single location site.
I’m actually trying to list all of my Events with their Name (#_EVENTNAME) and the location as a Link (#_LOCATIONLINK), which works quite well at the moment. Now when I click the Link to the single location page I’d like to see an extra site with the exact Adress and the Google-Map.

In the layout settings of my locations I wrote:

#_LOCATIONNAME

#_LOCATIONADDRESS
#_LOCATIONTOWN
#_LOCATIONMAP
in the field “page formatting for single locations” (sry, that’s the poor translation from the German description).

But when I click the Link now I only see an extra site displaying the description of the location (#_LOCATIONNOTES), which I don’t think I’ve included anywhere. I tried so many things to get the Google-Map displayed on that site (the map works fine, when I include it in the list, but that’s just a lot of space to show at every event …) and I’m really at a loss.

Could someone please help me out?

  • Problem solved:
As if my WordPress became afraid of the community I figured out what was wrong. In the Pages setting I had the “override with formats” activated, no clue hoe that connects, but now it works fine 🙂

    thx for updating.
