[Plugin: Events Manager] Member registration form showing where booking registration form should be

  • Hi:

Here’s the production site – running BuddyPress – and an example of the problem:

    http://few.modernmediajapan.com/events/ … 012-02-09/

The membership plugin I’m using is S2Member Pro: http://www.s2member.com

I enabled EM/Bookings in the EM/Dashboard, but it’s leading to the Membership Registration form showing up on single Event pages instead of simply a booking form.

I want to have users who are signed in already just be able to book the event, and the public (who are not members of the site at any level should be able to simply sign up for the event alone (not sign in to be members of the site) with their ticket preference, name and email.

    thank you.

    best,
    Terri

  • Hi Terri, the reason for this is because s2member adds the extra fields to the booking form, to customize this you’d have to do some php to prevent the s2m hooks from firing when it’s an EM page, but I’m fairly certain that Pro would prevent s2 from doing this using the booking form editor feature.
