    Did you update any of your plugin or theme? this might be a plugin or theme conflict. also, did you check your user capabilities?

    user capabilities would be under settings in your screenshot

    OK, so it it turns out I had one of those “moments” with this one. I wasn’t logged in as an admin user…knucklehead move. Thanks for chiming in.
