[Plugin: Events Manager] Event Location

This is a request not a bug.

I’d love to see the location field not be required. One scenario that came up for a site I was working on is that the site has events. But some times those events are actually online events that don’t have a physical address. In those scenarios it would be great to have the address validation disabled
