    hi,

so i understand that the new update treats events as posts.
but how do I get new events to appear as posts on the home page? right now a new event simply appears under event listings.
what I really want is the ability to post events on the front page blog-style, but then be linked to a calendar, and not have to post separately each time there’s a new event.
the front page of the blog is meant for news and updates, which are ideally linked to times and locations, which is why im using events manager

    thanks!

You can use widgets to display post types etc., shortcodes, make the front page the events list page, or use PHP to output events.

but is it possible to integrate both posts and events on the front page automatically?
    thanks for the quick reply!
