[Plugin: Events Manager] Categories in the front end

    Are the categories just for back end organization or is there a way to list the categories of the events on the front end. If there is that would make this the best wordpress event and calendar plugin on the planet but without it…who am i kidding its still the best wordpress event and calendar plugin on the planet. nicely done. let me know if this is possible, small dropdown list for users to choose from, sidebar widget with list of event categories, etc. I highly appreciate your work.

    there’s no feature like this on EM at the moment, but if you know some PHP you could quite easily implement this into your theme (you could do a widget, shortcode or page template to acheive this).

    Here’s the I widget that I made.
    EM Category List

    The widget is functional if you applied or coded the modification I posted.

    Hope this scores big time for the users. I would be glad to see my work be included on the next version.
